The Mini Shark is MRS’s brand-new whitewater packraft model with a kayak-like appearance. We have designed several unique details for it, bringing a fresh option to the MRS packraft lineup.

The Mini Shark is a completely new whitewater packraft model from MRS, featuring a kayak-like design and versatile characteristics.

The hull of the Mini Shark is more streamlined than before, with a slightly upward-curving bow. This enhances wave-cutting efficiency and improves the packraft’s agility in rapids.

The pontoons of the Mini Shark are smaller compared to other models, making re-entry and self-rescue easier. The low-profile seat helps balance paddling in whitewater conditions and compensates for the stability impact of the smaller pontoons.

The deck can be partially opened with a zipper, allowing for storage in the rear section—a familiar solution from the MRS Nomad S1D.

Paddling performance in calm water has also been considered in the design, making the Mini Shark an excellent choice for lakes, the sea, and whitewater conditions alike!

The MRS Mini Shark includes:

• 1 pc Packraft repair kit
• 1 pc inflation bag
• hull & floor patching material (excluding glue)
• Pro thigh straps
• 1 pc detachable MRS skeg (height approx. 60 mm, with a pre-installed socket). The socket also fits a separately sold MRS skeg with a height of 130 mm.

The Flextailgear Max Pump is also a very convenient accessory for every packraft owner.

If your packraft happens to need repairs on one of your adventures, we recommend to carry the included packraft repair kit. We recommend the Helaplast glue for installing the hull & floor patch materials included with the packraft.

Note: Your packraft comes with factory-printed Melomo logos. The logos are on both sides of the bow, sized approximately 100 mm x 70 mm.
